East Coast Food P. 2

Because this isn’t a travel blog until I talk about food…. πŸ˜‹πŸ˜³


So in this edition of east coast food, we’re going to be eating at home. That’s right! I’m off to the local market to see what is seasonal around here. I know nothing about seasonal vegetables and fruits on the east coast so what will I find…

So the seasonal guides online really helped me. I ended up picking up two zuccinis and eggplant!

I have seen my mom make cool things with eggplant before but I was always too immature to try what she was having. I had to start from scratch and use my own imaginiation? HAHA. Funny.

I used foodnetwork online and found a really snazzy recipe for zuccini pancakes! Wow, I love pancakes because there’s limited chewing (inside joke) so let’s give this a shot… But do I do the same thing with the eggplant? πŸ€”

^after just saying (foodmade) I understand why the name is TasteMade!!! ANYWAY let’s see how my dinner turned out.
